looks like NAV all over again. I hope the markets remain stable enough for them to get their issue away. My guess is price was pushed down to get as many shares as possible at lower price. Lets hope the update offers some comfort they are meeting/exceeding their forecast. The way they worded the announcement was interesting. Potential Capital Raising. Not sure why they say that as it tends to scare off any potential investors - like me who is looking for some evidence of stability/turnaround in the way they are achieving the goals they set themselves before buying in.

If they did draw down the 15 million completely now then I'm guessing the CR is to remove that loan and sure up the balance sheet. probably implies CR at 15 cents in this market for between 100-200 million shares.
