You are quoting the requirements for NASDAQ's Global Select Market which NEA would not be targeting anyway. If they were to do a full level 3 NASDAQ listing (and there is no reason why they would at this time for reasons I wont go into here), they would be aiming for the (non-select) Global Markets requirements whose criteria are substantially less. NEA would currently satisfy most but still short of the minimum US$75m revenue and asset criteria.
If they want US instos/investors to be able to buy their shares, they don't need a full level 3 listing anyway which enables capital raising (with full SEC/SOX reporting requirements). Level 1 and 2 listings can be easily had and enable trading only.
