    No Im not.

    NEA doesn't even meet any of the standards for Nasdaq small caps listing (Nasdaq Capital), check sources for minmimal requirements.. As they require things like no net loss in last three years, MC over 500m, revenues at least 100m or something close to that even for the small cap listings.

    Hence at the moment to be listed on US Markets NEA would be a pink sheet OTC stock, not listable on any of the main exchanges..
