Is it not more about the number of properties and those who might most likely be subscribers rather than the numbers of people living in those buildings that we should be interested in? I could not see any point in say capturing most of China & India if it were permitted and then say we captured 3 billion people many of which would not have the money to subscribe to the service even if they wanted to? I might be wrong but I doubt many of the millions of poor in Chicago could afford to subscribe whereas some of our Australians on DSP could affords subscribe imo if they were interested..
