I would rather catch 1 50 millon potential customers than 100 million! Im sure they use this measurement because it sounds grand, bit of ramping by a company never went astray. Im pretty sure the experts at NEA have done their homework and are capturing the areas where they think they will get the best returns from. As far as rich or poor I think the poorer areas are far more important
for all levels of government to be concentrating on, you never know this type of mapping may have saved some peoples lives in New Orleans. Even better prevent it from happening again.
