north american investment partners

Even though the word partners is used in this announcement, I'm assuming that the main goal here is to secure further funding. If this is the case we would be looking at a placement of shares from prr to bio fund/hedge fund. At a discount to current share price this may be around the .05 cent mark. Obviously this may place downward pressure on the share price short term but on the positive side the funding would place prr in a better financial position for the phase 111 trials and I still believe that the forthcoming announcements will have to make the current spp attractive to be successful. Almost added to my holding today but though this may be what is holding it back. EGM required (but no date set why?)to approve $1.5M placement/ spp and bio fund/hedge fund placement? YOUR THOUGHTS......
