SPP is priced at $0.07 as all of us know. It would set the baseline for near future share placement if the expected good events would happen one after another.
I could not say no discount at all in 100% sure but it should be at quite high probability based on the fact that Martins Roger in American. I believe Martins should know what was in his bag before he left for American.
Therefore I don't think PRR board would like to put a share placement at $0.05 logically or financially. If not under the pressure to get the money into the house, the board would not do so unless the placement could trigger better strategic and break events.
It is a great time we just could image which way could make PRR better, which is enough and let us have more confidence to wait for the dollars.
