What's also really frustrating is that Moochies is in Bestbuy and there is a clear need for a good, high quality kids watch, such as our Adventurer. How is it Moochies can get into Bestbuy but Spacetalk can't? To be fair though, Bestbuy has moochies older watch, the MW12, and not the newer Connect (which got it's FCC approval a couple of weeks after us). The oldest review of the MW12 is 4 months old, so clearly Moochies was either working with Bestbuy far in advance, or Bestbuy prioritised distributing Moochies as the preferred kids smartwatch
Mark and BoD - WTH are you guys doing? You have a product that needed to be specifically designed for North America (different network bands), and yet there has been no drive to actually distribute it. By the time you stop sitting on your hands, your competitors would have filled the supply chains and squeezed you out. You have professional staff being paid $$$ in the USA and they are clearly not delivering - hold them accountable!
