Too right GS!
Establishment of the credit facility will be a good thing for holders IMO.
Markets seem nervous in addition to a sell-off and I'm starting to review the scenarios brought up in my models of several months ago. I'm wondering if these might still be useful, with the application of a lag factor associated with unfounded optimism in US markets. Debt and inflation control measures and flow on effects from these had a high weighting in these models, and we may be seeing some risk aversion associated with this IMO, in addition to the fact that it's been a very good year for this end of town. Only time will tell. SEA is good buying on the dips for mine.
