To say they have to get their act together suggest they are so under pressurerunning the business that the "comms" have been over-looked. This is not the case here, this looks like a policy directed by the board not release any information unless legally obligated and if questioned, say "yes, we understand, we could do better in the future" and move on. Technically hey are not telling untruths. They know very well they could improve but they have no intention to.do so. It is a policy that needs to be changed by the board or change the board
