I think that both of them made it clear that what they have narrated thus far is their opinions only.
So the phrase: "Man this looks fairly complete .... couldn't really see anything missing" is also an opinion.
In the final analysis, like Split says, everyone has to make their own investment decisions based on the information that Split and Loui are allowed to disclose.
