Wanted to sincerely thank you guys for the time, expense, and energy to relay your recent NAL experience. I'm not sure how many times you guys have to qualify your work as "take it or leave it," but the forum muppets are hell bent in their assault of the "validity" of your interactions with Sayona leadership. Interactions that by their very nature must include body language and conversational awareness in light of NDAs.
