It blew my mind for a while... I am dreaming...WTF ishappening????

But once I was able to gather myself and establishcommunication with Split, together we began to strategize a path forward.

A way to build a pathway to drive change, and to helpimprove and grow Sayona's image wherever we could.

A few weeks went by and we continually bounced ideas offeachother.

Collaborating with someone of Split's ability and talentswas easy. As I have previously stated, we are aligned in our thinking and ourideas were starting to gain momentum.

We built a list of ideas and suggestions that I submittedto Brett. We exchanged a few emails but it ended with nothing definitive otherthan, 'we'll talk at NAL'......and talking at NAL never came.

As we know, what transpired late August was the ‘resignation‘ of Brett Lynch CEO and MD, the details of which to this day, remain betweenBrett and the board. We have surmised

some theories and pieced together a lot of anecdotalevidence, but without a live account of what transpired, it would be completelyirresponsible to print a definitive reason............ with the most likely, being anexecution by the BOD.

The Montreal team in the office were quite shocked withthe news, and really didn't know the full extent ofwhat had happened.

Maybe Guy has spoken directly with Brett, but as expected, he was later to give us nothing.
