I don't know why they cannot do their training/manouvres more to the South East and more closer to Sth Korea, instead of exercising in disputed territories and so close to Nth. Korea.
Reminds me of when as a kid we used to throw stones at each other, ... the only difference being, we didn't really want to hurt each other.
Looks like history will continue to repeat itself, with even more potential for greater destruction and devastation
