    Phase 1 (Shoreline) of the Cockburn Redevelopment area looks to have sold some land to developers. Lot 205 (
    http://www.landcorp.com.au/Residential/Shoreline/Land-For-Sale/) was advertised for $2.6 million which implies $904 per sqm.

    This would imply that the Howe Leather site at 10 Bennett Avenue is worth at least $15.8 million, higher than management's $11.3 million.

    Have developers started marketing the off the plan units  at Shoreline?
