I wouldn't think it would be that great this year, though despite the share price it's looking like a lot of targets will still be hit. It seems like the executives in any company still manage to get at least some of their annual bonus even when the rest of the staff miss out.
Reckon Andy is playing a longer term game though. He's got the backing of the board so he'll be able to see his project through (whatever it may be) and probably be in the business until 2020 and beyond.
I wouldn't think it would be that great this year, though...
