I am just speculating. What if NK wants help to mine from SK now that they are in a very good relationship? What can NK offer now to the business partnership? Raw materials as it's a less developed country? Will SK send PSM to help?
It's really a win win. NK has more raw materials historically. SK and NK will then be self suffucient with the raw materials they need to develop. NK itself will need more. It's a brand new economy.
Imagine China 30 years ago. Now NK is it.
I am just speculating. What if NK wants help to mine from SK now...
