You can nearly see the future - the unilateral pressure is strong now, but the screws will come out after the 2nd test, and I believe they have the gaul to run the next test and that it will happen. The pressure will force the Koreans to say 'yep, we've give it up' - but they will continue to recieve increased aid as a bonus for giving it up, - why else would they stop? They are not stupid and don't want war either, China would simply squash them. They want more aid at this is how they'll get it. In the mean time they'll continue to refine thier technology at the same time - away from prying eyes, and get both in the end - nukes & aid, so its win win for them. The yanks would love to shut them down, they see it too, but that option just won't happen.
