If the US Japan and South Korea agree to talks again they will merely be feeding this snake.
They were banking on the fact that the US is stretched financially and militarily and so would probably agree to more TALKS.
The dead South Korean sailors and civilians were nothing more than a few pawns in their game of brinkmanship to screw oil, food and money out of the US, South Korea and Japan.
