    The ambitious plan in North Fremantle would be a great project for Carnegie. The site for the 10 billion dollar project including 20,000 residences and 100,000 sqm of office space would be ideal. A radio interview this morning indicated that the development would be carbon netural, utilising wave, wind and solar power. All of which CNM provide, along with fresh water.

    The development is proposed to be to the west of the current Rous Head carnegie facility. All we need now is a favourable government and time.
