Although none of us outsiders have any idea how it's structured I'm sure the debt facility is linked to an equity arrangement (project equity) - and probably they need to be established simultaneously.
According to the Chairman he remains confident it will be sorted out before the end of the wet season, when funding is required, and most likely by end of January.
