re: north sea leases oilbarrel article Louis- thanks for bringing the Oilbarrel article to our attention. No wonder Russell Langusch is said to be "over the moon" re. the allocation of 2 leases on line with Jaguar. The fact that Norwegian company DNO is prepared to pay 92.5% of the costs of drilling Jaguar for a 60% interest suggests that it is an exciting prospect. And it is not a small reservoir they are after; by North Sea standards these days, it is big ( Net Resources to EXR OF 162mmb, based on their 40% share)
Interested to find out if there is any mention made by the MD today at the Good Oil Conference of how close they are to announcing a farm-in deal for later this year.
