You have got to be kidding!
You state North Sea oil is low risk/ high reward(depends in which part of this moderately large Ocean you are in for a start!).
Then you state that they are the only ones in their area, with chances of winning more tenders.-isn't that telling you something about how easy it is to pick up these 'low risk/high reward' areas in the North Sea!
Don't know about it going hard, but you are blowing hard by the looks of it if that is the extent of your research!
