After yet another does of "enhancement surgery" recently, Cher was briefed by her plastic surgeon post opp, regarding the radical new face-lift procedure that was performed on her.

It involved the installation of a special screw in the top of her skull, covered from view by her hair, designed to allow for "minor" adjustments between opperations...new wrinkles can be simply removed with the careful tightening of the special mechanism.

As you can see from sandybeach's photo's, the surgery was initially a resounding success, however since they were taken, she has returned to the surgeon with complications.

Apparently she had developed bags under her eyes and was threatening to sue if they weren't "repaired" immediately.

The surgeon looked at her closely and said, "Those aren't BAGS under your eyes. Those are your TITS. And if you keep messing around with that screw...pretty soon you'll have a goatee!-
