Marvelous how Tim Holding can reduce water restrictions so Melbourne people can water their whatever but the Farmers who are making a living from irrigation are still restricted (by nearly half)but still have to pay for the water they do not get.Being a farmer myself,the water savings figure is a very false figure.E.G.Old wheel says 5 megs,new expensive outlet says 6 Megs.Saved 1 Meg NO just stole one off the farmer.
