An excellent announcement in my opinion...I really like the no fuss business as usual approach to these NSA development wells. It's great to read that the wells have been drilled and completed with tubing etc. with no need for testing pending completion rig. Expectation to be on production by end November only several weeks away.
Shorter term price definitely skewed to the upside in my opinion with success at NY we could see a decent rise. It's a relatively low risk well, but there are no certainties in this industry.
