    medium term yes, short term no, long term maybe, dependant on new technologies.

    U will turn next year with more noice coming out of emerging countries, China / India leading the way. New reactors on-line are still a year or two away but the Chinese can build things quicker than any. They will be limited though by availability of IP in the industry.

    Rudd the puppet is trying to now move a new agenda which allows him to also back out of the hypocritical stance of the numpty party, so this will have a positive effect in Aus but again would be mid year before this is agreed.

    So in summary, mid 2010 will see a turaraound due to emerging growth and acceptance but this will be balanced in some respects by the US gov't who are already committed throughout 2010 using stockpile $$'s to clean up old sites.
