Media reports the significant Northern Beaches hospital in Sydney is 3 months ahead of schedule and now scheduled to open in October 2018.
Having been involved in hospital planning i would say this is a big positive for HSO - will allow for a smoother opening and better cash flow etc . From a kerbside view construction does seem to have gone very well.
