Yep, Poltech shareholders screwed on this deal. Issued capital blew out from 20 million shares when the company went bust to over 255 million shares. Although the 1 for 25 consolidation leaves most Poltech shareholders with unmarketable parcels, the real kick in the teeth was that seed capitalists were issued shares at 12.5 cents! I'm sure all Poltech shareholders would have participated given an opportunity. Instead they've consolidated our holdings from 20 million shares to a mere 800K shares out of a total of 54M post listing. Ah well, It's a corporate world !!
