The forced board changes were voted down by shareholders and it is time to kiss and make up. If that doesn't happen and the bickering continues, then nothing will happen and Macquarie will get this very cheap, like the Nexus deal.
I do expect that you will see board changes, but it will happen thru a normal process, and it will be planned, not forced. Peter Moore has just joined the board of Beach, which IMHO will probably see his tenure at CTP end. I think that it is ironic that a number of small shareholders don't want him here, but he has been welcomed as a NED at a $1.2 billion enterprise. Can we think about that for a moment??
