Seems to me bob you shot yourself in the foot. If nd voted option co would have given 45%+ vote against the board,thus putting the board in a weaker position, thus putting nd in a stronger position. Which in turn would have given nd perhaps the knock out blow later or a chance to have a combined board. I feel like Nd has now missed their opportunity. I honestly believe a large part of this has been because the current board lacks the expertise and know how to take a minnow to a mid tier / large company. Largely because they have never done it. I honestly believe cottee's plan all along was to put the company in a takeover position ala qgc! Now they have had over six months to digest all the information some from my qualified people with better business awareness. Makes one's mind boggle!
