AI99 - were you at the meeting? I was and asked the question directly to Cottee as so did others. RC expressingly in vehemently stated, that we CANNOT sign GSA's and the MacBank offer was our only way forward. I repeat, RC said - CANNOT sign a GSA - and then moments later we get a letter saying we signed a GSA - what gives?
CB concerns are 100% correct and valid. I've lost complete trust with RC and the board over this. They have have misled us and appear to be unaccountable.
It doesn't matter if CB voted to retain the current board or not - he has every right to hold them to account. However, AI99 - CB is not the problem, the board is the problem as they have clearly not taken care of the shareholders interest.
FYI - I voted against the scheme and for a change of the board.
