As for CB not being the part of the problem, you can't deny that it would have helped if he was to support the OptionCo faction instead and, if he wasn't happy with the result at a later date, fielding his own team or talk with them about electing some of his own team to the Board as well.

After all, and based on someone else's comments, a 45% against a 55% would have been a much better result and something which would have caused some real concerns for Cottee and his own Team.
