    The question needs to be asked.

    Why is it that CTP now in  a position to now sign GSA with the respect to the NGP BUT according to Mr Cottee in March and May 2017, CTP could not sign a contract until confirmation of quality and quantity of gas was confirmed by further drilling.

    Please explain why Mr Cottee this change in position.

    WHY ?

    Why should the shareholders not be concerned about what they are being told by this Board of Directors ?
