Agreed JD. Remember that after a successful vote in Sept, CNM will own the global IP and licencing. Also, the technology still needs to be proven in commercial demonstration form, although I think we are all expectant this will occur. As for manufacturing, if various sites take off in the northern hemisphere I guess one could expect a certain amount of manufacturing to occur there as well. I imagine it depends on how transportable CETO III is. I have heard that the large buoys are effectively "deflatable" so maybe transport isn't that much of an issue?
