Hopefully 22c will be a distant memory after today. The investment boffins need to do their sums and try and factor in northern hemisphere income now. I've been trying to figure it out myself. With all these deals between EDF EN/DCNS/REH, Pacific Coastal/Global Energy Horizons Corporation (GEH) and REH/Triton Renewable Energy its hard to work out what the value proposition is, even though we all know it is in there somewhere!

I do like the €220/MWh (AU$378/MWh) for wave and tidal power in Ireland. That is almost the same as Portugal, which is €230/MWh.
