Northern Housing

I thought that the photo of the uneven soils (looking a little plastic) being covered by an equally uneven cover of Edencrete was a very gutsy play. I mean it shows an incredible amount of confidence in the product. A photo of any cracks would do a lot of damage to the overall perception.
Having said that, it is worth looking at how this product (in that vein) would change the cost of housing in north Queensland, where concrete block is the number one construction material.

Dot point for brevity.

Decreased site smoothing.
No compaction of soil.
No importation of sand base.
No compaction of same.
No plastic membrane that aids curing.
No rio bar and mesh.
Concrete blocks, 400 x 200 x 100 deep instead of the 400 x 200 x 200.
Much thinner walls on the blocks. (9kg instead of 18kg)
No in wall steel rods or bond beam, maybe f/glass substitute.
Half the concrete used to core fill those blocks.
And all of these reductions amplified further by the reduced cost in transport, which
is big up here.
