I was a little confused by the written statements on the other 'local' targets but this audio is very clear. They ARE looking to boost the tonnage locally although the documents say clearly other resources are to be targeted however,

Yes we are looking for 30KMT, do not get too excited, but we know there is plenty out there. What a conservative hose down! I suppose this is sound management of expectations and will reflect in modest SP gains.
