As a holder of NST for over 5 years I have come to recognise that they are very conservative in their projections...They consistently under promise and over deliver on market communications. It was therefore great to see after not saying much about the CTP for quite a while, their recent Strategy Day Report (Page 62) in addition to the existing 2.7m oz resource they stated there was 'high discovery potential' and 'large resource upside'.
Based on their past actions, I don't believe NST would make these kinds of statements unless they had strong conviction that their predictions are achievable and no doubt based on unreleased geo-survey and drilling results. I read into this (which is pure speculation) that they are probably looking at a CTP resource in excess of 5m oz in order to justify this level of enthusiasm.
If this resource expansion can actually be achieved, I estimate it would increase TAM's NTA from it's current 13 cents to around 20 cents and would put it into the mid-tier producer league.
