    Every truly independent expert panel into unconventional gas that has happened in Australia to my knowledge has come back and recommended it be allowed to proceed.

    This one will find no different, I suspect. Then it will be back on Gunner to show the political leadership to do what's best for the NT and lift the moratorium. Whether he has the guts for it remains to be seen.
