northern territory fracking moratorium

Hi guys. I´m from Argentina, being a long term shareholder of Petrofrontier.
There has been some speculation lately in the Petrofrontier message board in Stockhouse.com, regarding the potential causes for the recent fall in the stock price.
Some posters have related the sell off with the possibility of the Northern Territory government imposing a moratorium in the fracking of oil and gas wells. This supposed moratorium will be established in order for the environmental authorities to understand the potential effects (on drinkable water, etc) of the fracking process.
I understand that local aborigines have asked the government in the last months of 2011 to dictate such moratorium.

I would like to know your oppinions on the subject.

what are the chances of our projects in the Georgina basin being delayed because of a government ordered suspension of activity?
