Any reasonable person would assume that the anti-virus would provide some protection to their computer even after the expiry date.
The pop-up should give explicit info that there is no virus protection at all. That the firewall is disabled and u need to uninstall Nortons to be able to re-set back to Windows firewall.
As a customer, I believe that the company has an obligation to provide me with min protection.
