I was impressed by the strong buying yesterday, which suggests that this is not just a plaything for small retail investors or daytraders.
However, given the number of shares the two Norton companies have (over 100 million and representing about 30% of shares currently issued) their selldown will dampen the rise of NGF's share price for a time.
Did you get a feel for how many shares the Norton companies plan to sell and the timeframe for the selldown?
In absence of a favourable decision on the hedge, my target for NGF is 45 cents by the end of 2009, and 55-60 cents by the end of the first quarter of 2010.
If the hedge is voided then my target is around $1 by 30 March 2010. Based on current POG, and exchange rate.
