It is two weeks since NORTON GOLD FIELDS confirmed a WestBusiness report that its biggest shareholder,Zijin Mining Group ,had proposed a takeover.
NORTON's shares.at 23c are trading below the proposed 27c bid price. But it has failed to stop talk that other suitors are running their ruler over the PADDINGTON gold producer. Names mentioned include Silver Lake Resources, Saracen Mineral Holding and even FOCUS MINERALS..
Interesting to see Focus mentioned in this article.. Would they really want to buy / takeover another company ? WOW.
