    I'll raise that......how about a start date plus or minus 6 months? As far as we can tell, actual physical progress at the Norton site consists of a nice new painted sign and possibly a new fence (unconfirmed)......

    No signs of any other plant arriving on-site?? Anyone done a drive-by recently?
