Norwegians love their freedoms. It must be the only place on the planet where you can go down the road and buy 6 ton of ammonium nitrate fertilizer without a single question being asked.
But guns are different. To own guns in Norway, one must be at least 18 and must specify a use for the guns. (eg Hunting animals -> the two legged variety.) You must also complete 30 hours of shooting practice so that you don't miss!
