"Easy, Satan, the ruler of this world. But blame God, it's easier..."
Ophir, I agree with you. Some seriously mentally ill people have quite high intellect and when that is combined with an evil obsession, they can be very cunning. It seems this guy set up his history to look like "Christian" and "right wing" - most likely as a cover and that also puts him with trusting people during his sick planning stages.
Quite some time ago (and before blue cards), I heard of a pedophile who had been active in church work (especially children's work)- even got himself on the pay roll. He was so trusted that, even when the kids told their parents of the wrong doing, they were told not to be so silly because xxxxx would not do anything like that. He had covered his activities within a trusting group and got away with it for some time.
I doubt very much that this Norwegian murderer was a genuine Christian. He has betrayed their beliefs and ideals and most likely used them to pretend he is a good living person during the time he was plotting his evil plans.
And, this Norwegian murderer will have hurt the Christian people he called "friends". The genuine Christians who were oblivious of his activities will be sickened to learn they had an evil Judas in their midst.
