I wouldn't mind owning a gun.
I probably wouldn't use it on others but I could use it on myself.
I am a voluntary euthanasia advocate and gun might be an option say touch wood I were to get an incurable illness or something bad happens and I became unhappy.
Also, there is the risk of home invasion by someone high on ice etc

But having said that, I know this is not so PC but there is definately an attraction and beauty in a well made gun
the other day I was looking at Jame's Bond's gun
I think people can actually own this gun in the US, but could be wrong.
