Norwest an excellent speculative buy

StockAnalysis rates Norwest Energy (ASX: NWE) an excellent speculative buy, following the Companys announcement of a Share Purchase Plan on 28 July 2010.
From the research report, dated 30 July 2010 (attached): Norwest is undertaking an SPP at 2.6 cps. At the current share price of 2.9 cps, StockAnalysis recommends that subscribers holding Norwest take up that issue and also believes that Norwest, once funded for with its +$4 million SPP and saddled up with its new Perth Basin partner, represents an excellent speculative buy.
