    NWE - Ascending Triangle (with Decreasing volume) on the Hourly chart means probability is increasing for a break above yesterdays high IMHO... Presure building I think...will have to wait and see


    "Assuming" Hourly chart Triangle breaks upwards intial target projects out to circa 11.5c...
